Why do Marriages Fail or Flounder?

There are a lot of problems that people experience in marriages, but the fundamental reason that a marriage flounders or fails is that one or both parties have forgotten, or never understood or accepted, the keys to a successful marriage .
If both parties are selfless in their relationship, communicate well, individually seek maturity, and recognize that their union is the most important thing, their marriage will be successful and happy. This sounds overly simplistic, but if a marriage is based on these basic principles, just about any problem can be overcome.
The majority of this site is dedicated to:
- Convincing you this is true,
- Convincing you your marriage is worth saving, and
- Providing insight and information that will help you understand yourself and your spouse, and, if necessary, repair any damage to your marriage.
